Someone from HR sent me an email with all the questions. I answered everything and emailed back.
Next level was the in person interview with a manager and peer. There were lots of questions. Probably 8-10.
Received a call from a manager from another branch requesting me to go to the branch but I wasn’t able to because I was in a family emergency. We talked over the phone instead. I told him I received an offer from another company and and considering it too.
The next day I receive an offer from HR manager and start date.

Phone screen with recruiter, 7 questions max about customer satisfaction, problem resolution risk management… then hiring manager asks 10-12 questions or so, 30-40 minutes on average. Very easy if you have experience on banking and show willingness to be the best employee ever

Applied online through the us bank website then. Got email and text message to schedule a 15 phone interview. The following next week I interviewed at the branch with hiring manager. Received a offer about 1 to 2 weeks later but denied it
