The interview was not on scheduled, it was at the branch itself. I had 3 people a lead teller, a operations person and a lead personal banker who took turns interviewing and they asked questions re: what I liked to do on my off time, how I can sell and there was not much adequate questions asked about the job description nor my skills or capabilities. Throughout the interview, they were eating and screaming at the tellers outside to do a "coffee run". I felt that it was very unprofessional and I should of listened to my gut feeling and declined the job offer.
