I applied to U.S. Bank in mid-December 2019 through a job posting on their website. In late January, I was invited to have a phone interview with one of the campus recruiters. About a week after the phone interview, I was asked to come to the New York office for an in-person interview. On the next business day, I was offered the internship. The whole process took about 1.5 months and was very simple. I don't want to say the interview process was easy, but it was very straightforward, and both interviews consisted entirely of behavioral questions as opposed to technical questions. Both interviews were very conversational! Don't be afraid to show what's inside! Everyone that I met through this process was very passionate about their job and were pleasant to work with. If you have the opportunity to work with U.S. Bank, do it!
