The process took about 3-4 weeks. I filled out an online application and got called a couple of days later for a phone interview. The phone interview went well so I got scheduled for a in person interview. The panel consisted of the District Manager, Regional Project Manager and District Operations Manager. That interview went well, the panel consisted of all women and they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I got selected for the next round and that was another phone interview which also went well. I got the offer a week later. The district manager called. Overall, I would say the process was smooth.
