This was a phone screening and most unengaged interview I've ever had. The recruiter didn't even introduce herself and dove right into reading off general scripted interview questions. She asked only one probing question throughout the engagement. She never went to into detail about the position or offered to answer any questions I might have about the position or about US Bank. The whole interview lasted about 10 minutes and at the end I felt like she did this interview just to pad her numbers. This was a joke and a complete waste of my time. I felt insulted by the experience and I would never work for this organization.
Very easy and everyone was nice throughout the process. They joined on time and seemed engaged throughout. Would’ve loved an opportunity but still grateful for an interview. I only did the first behavioral.

Went great, they were forward and honest with all questions and how the role was very much an introduction to the bank, not where you’d find yourself forever. Was to be viewed as a launching platform for where you want to go in the future

Very focussed on culture and behavioral questions, know US Bank culture and why you wnat to work at the bank. Interviewer was friendly and easygoing, and the process was straightforward
