You apply online for the position that you are interested in. The hiring manager will contact you if you are a qualified candidate within one or two weeks of submitting your application. There are two interviews, the first is more of an introduction and can be conducted over the phone, and the second interview you meet the team that you would potentially be working with.
First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Why should we pick you over other candidates that are applying?
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
