It went well, they ask simple question and good interview. It just common sense. Anyone can pass it. And easy to get hire and fire too. The interview was 1 hour and they verry much just ask what you can do and cannot do

You submit a request for the job bid you desire. You then have an interview. You must meet attendance requirements (which are very reasonable), and tenure working for the company. If, you have shown dedication to your work, have good attendance, a desire for responsibility, and can show that you are able to perform the job requested with assurance, you are awarded the position.
