The overall interview process comprised 4 stages, including 1:1 with Design Director and Engineering Manager (the role I was applying for had additional technical requirements). Also, there was a separate step where I had been asked to present a couple of past works/case studies to an audience of four senior designers. In general, it felt challenging (it was an interview after all), however all my interviewers had a really friendly and down-to-earth approach; something made me feel very comfortable. The follow up questions were genuine and unpretended. Finally, from a logistics point of view, the whole process was smooth and well-organised, with prompt responses and -when needed- flexible schedule.
