I interviewed for one of the data scientist roles. I had interviews but Typeform didn't have final interview stages planned out beyond those. Ghosted for a few weeks and eventually I had feedback that they went with "another candidate". Less than 2 weeks later I was approached on LinkedIn by 2 recruitment agents for a role there, probably the first day each one got Typeform as a client, and they were surprised that I'd already interviewed for it! Appreciate there was uncertainty with covid-19 in Spain but why the dishonesty about filling a role. In an interview I was told that they don't do machine learning at Typeform. That's funny as they have a team of ML engineers and a head of ML! Months after I interviewed they still have the same DS vacancies up. Has all the hallmarks of not seriously hiring or 'talent pipelining'. Disappointing experience - I've heard great things about the culture from someone who used to work there but the process was so poor.
