The hiring process is organized in the following way:
An interview with the team
An interview with the team manager
An interview with one of our co-founders
My interview was with a team member (Product Owner) and a operations manager. During the interview I was left with the impression that they were not synced and prepared in advanced for the interview. The questions looked quite chaotic to me.
After I received the rejection to proceed to the next step I asked for further feedback. What I was told is "we are looking for someone who knows advanced user research and prioritisation techniques as well as working with complex metrics". Keeping in mind that I was no asked any particular questions about user research techniques and my proficiency of using analytical tools I would say that there is no way to come up with such conclusion. Despite I like the product of the company I am quite disappointed by the interviewers not because of the end result of the interview but because of they general attitude and vague feedback.
My advise is first to be more respectful to the people invited to interview because they are potential colleagues of yours. Second plan and lead the interview. Give the people a bit of an overview and insights about the company and the position despite we can read a few lines about the company online it doesn't mean that it is the way it is in really. Finally don't forget that it is two way process so you need us (the potential employees) exactly as much as we need you (the employer).

At first, there's an email contact to schedule a phone call. Recruiter called me on time and asked typical interview questions, about CV, motivation, job functions, salary, etc.
But after few minutes she sounds distrated from the conversation and not putting interest in it to get more information from the candidate. I spoked to another person who took an interview with same recruiter on Skype and she behaved exactly same way. Which give me the impression that recruiter is evaluating you by how cool are you and paying attention to your professional skills. I think it's very unprofessional.
