I applied at a job fair and eventually got an interview over the phone as a preliminary stage. It went well but somehow they forgot about me. I called a month later, they apologized, then set me up for an interview in person. That consisted of sitting in an interview room with 3 interviewers, a computer, and projector. It took about an hour and then I I programmed 3 test applications in front of them. Then I asked them questions.
