Skills test was a programming exercise to be completed in C++, C#, or Java. Time limit was 4 hours, though it was suggested 1-2 hours was normal. Phone interview was with their HR person. Good to know that they have one in a small office/recently acquired company. She was very helpful with information about the history of the company, work culture, etc. Interesting question: do you see yourself continuing on a technical or a business career path? I responded quickly to an ad, but I was still behind other people in the interview process, perhaps from previous listings. So jump on this one quickly.
