Not organized at all, i had 2 interviews with them each had its own style.
I received an email from a recruiter she was amazed and wanted to talk, i said ok why not. She asked HR questions and told me that the manager wants me to come in onsite interview next week! I was flexible and said anytime after 2. That’s it never heard back from her again!
Second interview I received a msg in LinkedIn again i said why not, talked to HR a very quick phone call and she scheduled an interview with managers telling me they want to get to know you before the onsite interview! The phone interview was 100% technical interview and CS stuff! I did pretty well. Never heard back from them again!
It’s ok to reject someone but give them some respect and send out emails.

Easy process, took a few weeks from start to finish, simple(ish) coding challenge, technical interview with a few members of the team, and then a few weeks of waiting. Communication was good and everyone seemed great!
