Talked to the CEO (non technical) followed by a semi-technical round with the COO and another engineer. They asked some system design questions. Next was a take home coding challenge, I spent an incredibly long time on it but was denied. I'm giving a neutral opinion because I very much dislike the use of coding challenges but completed this one because I was interested in the position.
