Recruiter reached out to me, didn’t give me times for the same week. Reached out to see if he would move phone screen up due to my other in flight interviews and didn’t hear back until the day before my interview (7+ days later). The day of my phone screen, he called me 20 minutes late and did not apologize for his tardiness. Even during the interview, he asked me the same question twice. He also did not follow up with any next steps (not even a rejection)! And then… I get another automated message from their recruiting system/him to schedule a phone screen for the same position. Honestly, I’m surprised at how terrible the recruiter I worked with was. Such a poor reflection on Two Sigma.
