Entretien
I went there to interview with a Director and ended up interviewing with the entire office. Literally all 12 employees met me for a few minutes. Went back 1 more time and met with the 2 partners again. They made an offer on the spot.

none really, it was a very conversational intreview. lots of stuff about personality and culture
