The interview process was very smooth. I was first asked to introduce myself in english and then we talked about my experiences based on my cv. Then the software engineer asked me technical questions, mostly basics of oop, java, and sql. I was handed a paper and asked to write some SQL code. Finally we talked about the company work culture, weekends, compensation etc.

The first phase was online, and they asked about different OOP concepts and coding questions. The next phase was on-site. They provided water and a small cake upon my arrival. waited for almost an hour, and then I went in for the interview. On-site questions were a lot more elaborate; they asked me to introduce myself in English. As long as they asked questions in English, I answered in English; when they shifted to Bangla, I also shifted to Bangla.
