There were many rounds of interview but very streamlined and the talent team was very professional in keeping me updated about each step in a timely fashion. There was also a Bar Raise round where the focus was more on the company values and the questions were around those to gauge if you are a right cultural fit.

Its a brilliant experience. At first, the recruiter will reach out to you and set expectations about the whole journey. They ensure to communicate in timely basis and keep you appraised of the current status.
The recruiters (At least the recruiter I worked with) truly exhibit the values of Twilio

A current employee of the company referred me to this position, they submitted my resume internally. Next was a phone screen with the recruiter. Then a phone screen with the hiring manager/manager of the team. Followed by a 2.5 hour interview onsite.
