I has an interview a leader who initially forgot he was supposed to call and we had to re-schedule. After a 40 mins conversation (and I mean conversation, not interview), he confirmed that his team would contact me to schedule the next step and I have not heard from them since. It's been 6 months... I reached out to ask for a status update or feedback several times, but just got ghosted. Very disappointing experience
