Great process, awesome interviews. Interviews were very specific to the role, though it was very long. 5 hours of back to back interviews with Product, Design, engineering , leadership and bar raiser. Everyone had a good vibe and I was impressed by how professional they were

3 conversations with HR in general, and 5 with the team - each for 1 hour. Mostly the behavior questions. Mark as difficult due to amount of interviews and sessions.
It was comprehensive and professional and the people were very knowledgeable. There were multiple video interviews that lasted about an hour each. The interview process was well managed. The interviewers were very clear about the role.

The interview process was efficient, organized and streamlined. Recruiter Jess Guenette is an incredible communicator & facilitator. She made herself available for questions and provided ample guidance throughout the process.
