J'ai passé un entretien chez Twilio

      Entretien

I was contacted by recruiter on LinkedIn. My resume was forwarded to different departments in Twilio and recruiter told me that I am good match for Cloud Platform Team. Later I was invited for telephonic cum online coding interview with one of the engineer. HR was totally irresponsible in entire process, I had to send her couple of emails to get confirmation for interview time. I had call with their engineer, he was nice & polite, he asked me couple of standard questions but in very non starndard way & then he asked me to write few simple programs to check my logic and coding skills. I had nice experience in interview.Late on I got an email inviting me for onsite interview. I had person situation due to which I requested to have onsite interview after few weeks, which was agreed by HR but has not finalized date. Later when I contacted her, she did not responded my email for few days & I came to know from recruiter that they liked and enjoyed talking to me, but the hiring managers discussed my background and where I would best be suited and they determined there wasn't quite the right role for me at this time. I was like what ??? I was invited for onsite interview and now someone thinks that there is not right role for me ? I have heard good things about workculture and engineers @ Twilio, and my experience I found engineer who took my interview was nice and knowledgeable. I think company has to improve hiring process to attract talents.
