J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Twentieth Century Studios (Los Angeles, CA) en juil. 2014

The interview process was much like it is at other companies. I had a phone interview with HR first. They asked me a bit about my background and experience. If HR liked me I was asked to come in and meet with the person who would be managing me. They asked more elaborate questions but nothing out of the ordinary.

I applied for the role online and talent acquisitions reached out to me within a day or two. We arranged a phone interview and that was it. They said they'd get back to me after presenting candidates to the department. I didn't get the position, but I had a pleasant experience with this process.

Phone screening and then in-person interview. Interviews never ran longer than a half hour. Very basic questions... "What is your background, experience, interests?", "What's your greatest strength?" etc. Got the news of an offer less than a week after the in-person interview.
