Entretien
Had 5 meetings in the following order.
1. First meeting with HR
2. First technical interview
3. Seconding meeting with HR
4. Second technical interview
5. Meeting with CEO
The HR meetings were very pleasant, and focused in on you as a person, and if the cultures aligned. I didn't feel stressed during these interviews.
The first technical interviews were also surprisingly pleasant. I didn't have to do a take-home challenge, but the interviewer gave you a problem, and looked at how you reasoned about the problem. The second technical interview looked more at your past experiences.
Meeting the CEO was also pretty sweet, we got to nerd out over tech in general. 😉

During the technical interview I got a question along the lines of: "Given a software project x, how would you go about setting everything up, and making sure it scales?"

-Take Home (~6-8 hrs)
-HR checkup
-CEO interview
If all goes well, you get an offer. Overall, a pretty arduous process for a company of its caliber. If you happen to finish this long process and don't get an offer they will proceed to completely ghost (ignore) you. They dont even have the decency to outright reject you, just silence; unprofessional and disrespectful. 0/10.
