They ask 4 questions, giving you 30 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to record per question, with only one chance to record. It's mostly about your previous experience and situational questions, such as "tell me about yourself" and "what is your experience with children"

It was a video interview that you had to record your answers and send to them. It allowed for retakes in case of any errors made and there were a total of 4 questions
