Entretien
There are 3 interviews, the first is more of a phone screening, second interview is behavioral and more in depth but the questions are not the typical “tell me about a time when” format. The third interview was more behavioral questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had conflict with a coworker and how did you handle it?
How do you handle your workload?
How do you prioritize your day?
There was a question about a weakness and how did you overcome it? Can’t remember exactly how it was worded
Interview process was simple, began with a 15-minute phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with 3 supervisors/ team leads. I was provided with a case study & was asked to answer a few questions regarding that "claim" at the in-person interview.

Entretien
The entire process, with my recruiter, was very positive. She maintained good communication and really took the time to understand my background and how it related to the role. She also took the time to educate me about Turo. Like their benefits, culture, and career pathing within the company.
Phone interview then video interview with management. Then another video interview with manager. Overall was very easy interview and professional. They asled about my curent experience and what i know about turo
