I was reached out to schedule the first interview then asked by email to postpone it literally 2 min before the interview was supposed to take place, clearly with a discard for the time spent preparing it from my side. As requested, I then sent new time slots, reached out again three days later since I didn't hear back for a confirmation to reschedule. Still haven't heard back a week later. He decided to stop replying to his emails. Very unprofessional.
