1. Initial 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager to get to know each other and what the company is looking for. 2. Take-home Android project. They give you 24 hours to complete it and then you speak with senior and staff engineers from the Android team about it. 3. Virtual on-site with several different teams including PM, backend, design, and management. Overall it was a low-stress interview process compared to other companies. The behavioral interviews on the on-site were actually pretty fun because I got to discuss my initial impressions of the Turo app and things I thought could improve it.
