i encountered a very good interviewer (which is the hiring manager), she was very professional and patient, but no guidance in the process, you have to figure out everything on your own

No recruiter screen, straight to hiring manager which was appreciated. Then Case study, then final loop consisting of 3 technical/behavioral interviews, then SQL test, then present case study to a panel. Recruiter was available to provide feedback after, which was also appreciated.
