On campus Interview after I applied online to the position. I waited for around a month to be contacted and I know for a fact that there is a second interview after you pass the first one so you need to wait for their call. Second interview is longer and more complicated.

Entretien
The first round of interview lasted for about 45 minutes. Discusson was based on past experience and behavioral questions to be answered from a relatable situation from my past experience.

Interview with multiple people in the room, described strengths and weaknesses. Described previous work experience, Interview was fairly straightforward. Just be prepared to have some knowledge of the company, be prepared to discuss how you can be useful to the company.

Entretien
Everything was easy and communication was great. I applied via Linkedin and got a quick interview call from HR. Then I went on to interview with General Manager and Vice President. Then I got the offer call from HR personnel I kept in touch with throughout the process. The entire process from start to finish was about 1.5-2 months while they were hiring and interviewing others as well.

(Do ask questions and maintain a friendly attitude. They want to hire people who are curious, assertive, and easy to talk to)
