Turner likes to bring in a lot of recent graduates and show off their company. They will pampare you with breakfast, lunch and other goodies to try to lure you in. Realistically they probably already know they are not going to hire you but like to make it seem like its some type of competition. Myself along with like 10 other college classmates got interviews after a Career fair we hosted on our campus. From my knowledge only one individual got hired but was the younger brother of a Project Manager for them. I did not hear back from them for weeks, it was not until I contacted them that I was told I was not receiving an offer.

Very smooth process with open communication. Multiple rounds with very friendly individuals. The get-back time was a little slower than I would have preferred, but still a great process overall.

Went very smoothly and the HR was calm and thorough in explaining the role and the company culture and expectations. The main focus was on the construction background and the problem solving skills.

Describe how you work within a cross-functional team — owners, architects, contractors.
The interview process was straightforward and professional. I first applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. The interview consisted of a conversation about my experience, previous projects, technical skills, and how I handle teamwork and deadlines. The interviewer was friendly and explained the responsibilities of the role clearly. The process was organized and overall the difficulty felt average.
