Submitted my resume and cover letter online, spoke with a recruiter the following day who provided me with a personality assessment to complete online. The online assessment was a 4 part, timed questionnaire that had simple math, problem solving, vocabulary and questions pertaining to my personality. Completed a phone interview with the recruiter a few days later and then had two on-site interviews the following two days. The phone and on- site interviews were casual and organic. Everyone at the company appears to be passionate about the company and finding the right candidates.
