Started with 30 min. phone call with recruiter that was more in-depth than most, but nothing technical. Then did 30 min. video call with an HR person and 3 potential team members. Seemingly went well, then I was asked to provide technical documentation sample and was completely ghosted afterwards. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will say turn around time for scheduling next steps was quick, but not receiving any communication or feedback after all was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
