Interviewed in October. Interview process was 2 stages, one OA and one HR screen. OA was a mix of what felt like an IQ test and behavioral questions related to work. Behavioral questions were pseudoscience at best.
Compensation was low for the role.

Entretien
30 minute screening interview with someone that sounds like they hate their job with a passion, and have gone through far too many interview processes due to excessive layoffs. Next is a take home project in markdown file format that you can basically plugin to an AI model and build for you with little to no skill needed. After completing the take home project, you will be brought in for a technical interview. After the technical interview, you will be brought in for another interview, but with the CEO and other leadership. This was for a contract role. Pay isnt competitive enough to warrant this long of an interview process and judging by other reviews, a toxic work environment

Describe a challenge you faced at work, how did you overcome it?
The interviewer sounded like she is suffering and working overtime. Showed zero passion regarding her job. Says a lot about the company's culture. I don't think it would be a good working environment espcially with all of these online reviews
