I applied through a recruitment firm and then had two interviews,
the first interview was an experience-based interview with HR, they asked me questions about my work experience and why I wanted to work in financial PR and communications, they also asked me to describe situations where I had shown leadership skills
My final interview was with one of the directors in the company, it was a very conversational interview where I basically talked about books I had read recently and also explained why I wanted to work in financial PR and communications
