J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez TuSimple (New York, NY) en juin 2021
Entretien
I had been reached out to cover for a functional safety role for over two years now by give different recruiters, some external and some internal to TuSimple. And I must say, it's quite concerning that this company focuses more on cost cutting by either downgrading the level of authority of the role or by trying to outsource portions of it when safety is a primary concern for their service offering. Rather than having so many directors and management that does little to enhance what truly matters for safe autonomous vehicles, stockholders should just get all their money out from this company as they are about to be defrauded or go into a financial liability from the reckless product development process from this company. How can they claim to have millions of autonomous miles logged yet no basic functional safety process by now? Dangerous
