The Interviewers seemed completely uninterested in my background, they rushed me through the interview. I felt I came more prepared then they did, and that they had just planned to waste my time from the beginning. They seemed clueless and knew nothing about technology, gave me a blank stare whenever I asked questions about specific technologies. It became pretty clear to me that this company built itself up off of cheap talent, and a majority of their senior staff did not have any / had very little technical skills prior to being hired. I feel that they do not know enough about the IT industry, and cannot accurately assess someone whose technical skills meet the needs of the position. If you are already have IT experience, I suggest you look elsewhere.
