I was contacted via Linkedin and invited to apply to one of the open positions. After applying, I was contacted by one HR recruiter, who provided more information about the position and sent me both a Technical Challenge and a Personality/UCAT test to be completed within the spam of 5 days. After completing the assignments, I was interviewed by two HR recruiters through video chat for about an hour. Not long after, I went through the technical interview with 4 managers (kind of an overkill) via video chat as well, that took over an hour and a half! For the final step, I had to point out 2 professional references to fill out a questionnaire on me. The following day, they contacted me with an offer. My main issue was the discrepancy between the possible offer of the first contact and the final offer. The final offer was over 40% LOWER than the initial possible offer for the position. So if you do not want to lose your time like I did, BEWARE!!
