it was a very brief process. There were not a lot of questions asked. Discussed my basic skill set and prior experience. They made an offer on the second interview for the assistant manager position. It was not a very intense process. It does not seem as though they do a lot of vetting out of who they will be hiring. I answered basic questions.

2 interviews, one with HR and then with an Officer. Very casual conversation on the 2nd round. Received offer two hours after - Felt rushed, but I guess when you know you know!
