J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trupp HR (Portland, OR) en févr. 2016

      Entretien

Got an email to schedule an interview, they were very accommodating with my schedule and location offering to come to me for the interview but I ended up meeting them at their downtown office. I did quite a bit of research on the company before hand since I had never heard of it, it is a great business model and employees seemed to really like working there. I was very excited about the opportunity based off what I had learned. The interview was a bit different. Nowadays, interviews are very open ended and don't really ask behavioral or situational questions, more about job history or really generic; but they asked situational, specific questions. It took a full hour. I felt very good about the interview and expected a call back for a second interview, however, following the interview, I let 2 weeks go by and I called and emailed 2 times each and didn't get a response to anything, not even a courtesy call back to say they went a different direction. The company is not good at follow up.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Very situational questions and they would build more questions off their question: tell me about a time you had to do benefit enrollments for the first time? how did it go? what would you do differently looking back now?

Thanks for the feedback. I’m delighted that you found Trupp HR to be accommodating and that your interview was a positive experience. We pride ourselves on conducting interviews that focus on the applicant’s ability to perform job functions and think critically rather than open ended questions that lack clear direction and leave the applicant uncomfortable and unsure how to respond. At Trupp HR, we are committed to providing an elevated applicant experience that includes prompt feedback and applicant communication so I’m disappointed to hear that follow-up was less than exceptional. Rest assured your feedback will be used to improve our recruiting process.
