Basic sales questions about cross selling abilities, overcoming objections. They really want to make sure you love pets and animals and you're doing the best thing for the pets--which I love dogs and everything (I have 2 and I am a Trupanion client) but when I tried to sell my sales skills they indicated I don't love dogs enough and might not be a good culture fit. (Note: I love dogs and didn't appreciate being told that simply because I conveyed how much I like sales--I ultimately accepted a sales position at another local company at higher pay).
