The process started with a call with HR, followed by a coding interview with a developer.
The question was a medium-level LeetCode problem on linked lists.
There was almost no discussion about the role or the company — we jumped straight into coding. Using a code editor or running the solution wasn’t allowed(I used notepad), which made the task feel less practical.
Overall, the interview felt rushed and impersonal, with the focus entirely on solving the problem rather than understanding mutual fit.
