First I was asked to solve a code question online and just send the solution, No person on the other side. Then I had a short conversation with 2 engineers about "how I work" and some theoretical scenarios that could happen at work The final step is a real design interview with the CTO. the only part that was fun. The only reason I accepted the offer was thinking I'll get to work with this CTO, although that wasn't true. I left shortly after the CTO left (looked like some management politics)
