It was very quick. First a phone interview and than an in-person interview—all over about 4 days. The job description for the position was incredibly vague and full of buzz words, which made me nervous, but I took the interview out of curiosity. The process itself was alight. They put me in a room and one guy came in and asked a few questions. He left and then another guy came in and asked nearly the exact same questions again. They seemed very hurried, and I found out in the interview that they were doing a massive hire for this position (like 30 people). I felt a little duped because the job was essentially a call-center job. They never use those words, but they knew and I knew that was what the position essentially was.

After a 30 minute phone interview I was invited to an on site interview the following day. It was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. She was almost ten minutes late and the whole thing only lasted about 15 minutes. She was clearly in a bad mood and did not want to anything to do with it. She asked me about 5 simple questions that I had no problem answering. When it got to the point for me to ask questions, I asked "what are some challenges people in this position deal with?" She said "not being bored." Why would anybody want to work in a position like that? For a company that claims to be "buzzing" and "innovative," I would hope their employees would have better things to say about it.

After the 30 minute phone pre screening I had an on site interview which lasted about 40 minutes the next day. Once your interviewer meets you they walk you through the hip office filled with snacks, standing desks and bike racks. My interview was casual and more of a conversation.
