After the initial phone screen with the head of the department, there were four interviews: 1. Business Analyst, assessing business savvy 2. Engineer, assessing SQL skills 3. Marketing Manager/Director, assessing Marketing skills 4. I didn't have a fourth interview, due to scheduling issues. In general, everyone was very friendly and honest.
