It was a pretty straight forward process. I applied online and then got askked in for an interview. The first interview only takes about 10 minutues where they ask you a series of questions. Then if you make it past that point they they go on a more in depth interview. They take you to coffee and really explained the process of what they do here. I then found out that it is more of a door- to- door sales job not an assistant manager. The interview itself was pretty easy but it was mostly about how the company works.
