A recruiter initially contacted me on LinkedIn for a DevOps position. I completed the HR interview and moved on to the technical round, where I received positive feedback and was told I had passed. After that, they said they would schedule a final interview with the client, but I never heard back. I followed up with both the recruiter and the interviewer, but received no response. It’s disappointing and unprofessional, especially since I was approached for the opportunity, not the other way around.
