Initially a brief phone interview is held with the internal recruiter. After the initial call, a time is scheduled to have a phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone call lasts about 30 minutes, and if successful, the internal recruiter will call you back to schedule an in house interview. During the in-house interviews were broken up between the hiring manager, and two other department managers which would be working closely with that role.
