You go through about 2-3 interviews with different colleagues. It's a professionally setting so you have to dress up sharp and use personal set skills to have them hire you. If they like you, they will hire you within that day of the second interview. If they are not that excited about you, then they will reconsider their options, and hire you through a phone call or give your position to another candidate.
