Very messy company organizational structure... They value the numbers more than your personal growth or rights. Also nothing meaningful were asked during the interview process. They just wanted to hire SOMEONE.

It was quick and easy, not too sure about it though. Seemed kind of strange that they would reach out to me about a Financial advisor position when I have little experience in that field.
