I talked with at least 8 or so different people in 5+ interviews. At least 2 or 3 stages of the process took a whole afternoon. I made it to the final round (didn’t get an offer, also don’t believe I would’ve taken if offered) and by that time it was exceedingly clear than no one on the team actually knew what they wanted the person in the role to be doing. I believe they ended up reposting the role. I wouldn’t have minded if the process wasn’t overly burdensome.
